Infection Simulator

The Simulation
The purpose of this simulation was to simulate a disease epidemic and how certain variable affect its outcome
For my simulation, I wanted to simulate these variables as breeds in StarLogo TNG.
In order to create these variables, I had to implement and design code for each variable so that they react the way I want them to.

The map for the simulation will be a simple empty area with a Hospital breed in the center.
Testing The Simulation
The simulation will run with these changeable variables that will affect the outcome of the simulation
My goal of testing my simulation is to find out how these variables will affect the data collected after running the program.
In the Control, I will test the simulation under normal circumstances. These are:
- Percentage of turtles that have the infection at the beginning of the game
- Sick Level (Random length of time Infected die based off of a variable number system)
- Number of Doctors
- Immunity (Percent Chance that a breed is immune to Infected)
- Cure (Percent Chance that an Infected can be cured by a Doctor)
- Vaccine (Number of Deaths before an Emergency is called and Vaccine is made)
My goal of testing my simulation is to find out how these variables will affect the data collected after running the program.
In the Control, I will test the simulation under normal circumstances. These are:
- Chance People breed will become infected at the beginning of the game: 5/100
